- A 100 m² penthouse apartment, designed by an architect and located on the 6th floor. To access the apartment, you must walk up one floor (the lift goes only to the 5th floor).
The apartment was completely renovated in 2025 and is located in an elegant 1930s-style building. The location is excellent: it’s in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle and overcrowding, yet well-connected and well-served, in a pleasant, residential area.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities. The living room features a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi; each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and a desk, making the space ideal even for business travellers or those working remotely. A washing machine is also available.
