Clean well located apartment near the Prada. Unfortunately cleanliness was lacking, shower was full of mould, and floor hadn't been mopped properly since previous guests. Room servicing also didn't replenish water or coffee pods meaning I had to continually request. Expect more from a property of this calibre.

Very nice modern facility with friendly staff. Room was well equipped with full kitchen facilities. Only problem was the mold in the shower corners. Large free washers and dryers were a plus, but inclusive breakfast consisted of bringing your own plate from your unit and selecting a pastry from a try in the lobby. Well suited for longer stay for people wanting to prepare food in their unit. Short walk to the Metro.

The hotel is okay but definitely not a “luxury” one. I did let them know that the shower was broken and the basin was clogged, but they took no action. Also, very inconvenient that they close check-in at 11 pm, adding a bit of stress to my trip as my flight was landing at 9:30 pm. and I just made it before 11 pm. I wish that had been made clear during the booking process, as I would have planned differently.

It is Bad experience

The hotel is bad in terms of service, there is no food, there is no room service, there is no water, you have to take the bottle of water and fill it from Downstairs.They closing hotel doors on 23:59, To be honest, I didn't find anything good to write about. Well, it was a bad experience to rent in this hotel. I don't recommend it at all.

- people are kind, but apartment was not in good condition: - very few power outlets - Rollo of bathroom didn’t work - i was never able to access the second balcony - The elevator was shoddy - The Spa cost 30€, but smelled of mold. The walls are covered in mold. The shower in the Spa was missing the temperature handle and was only spewing hot water. - There was old murky water left in the coffee machine. I would never want to use such a machine to make my coffee….!

Conforto e qualidade

Acomodações excelentes, quarto amplo, com cozinha completa, inclusive máquina de lavar louças. A recepção foi ótima, com pessoas atenciosas e acolhedoras. A localização é muito boa, próxima ao metrô, a Supermercado e Shopping.

Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die Einrichtung, die Größe, die Ausstattung. Alles wirklich top. Was aber leider sehr störend war, war ein lauter Dauerbrummton, der vermutlich von der Klimaanlage des Hauses kam. Er war weder durch Schließung der Fenster noch Ausschalten der Klimaanlage leiser zu kriegen. Es halfen daher nur dichte Ohrstöpsel.

I love this place. This is the second time I have stayed here. The place is beautiful and service is amazing. This time I just think the room needed to be cleaned better and the area rug seriously needs replacement. We had the same room and the rug was dirty. Otherwise the place is amazing. I will be staying again soon.
