“I booked Jasmine Elite because it had a full spa and it is rare to find that in combination with a great price. Not only the apartment was super spacious, the steam room was the hottest I ever had, but also staff was very nice and helpful. It was within walking distance to downtown and supermarket. There were animals on the property that were treated with respect and care. Gym had great equipment and overall, it was an amazing experience. Definitely recommend it. “It was great once I actually got the apartment I had booked. They tried to fob me off with a much smaller room with no kitchen or washing machine. I decided to complain so actually got the apartment about 2pm the next day. There was a lot of apologies & a plate of delicious treats to compensate but to be honest I was really gutted to waste a whole day. In the end I booked another night just so I got the break I had needed.
So the lesson is make sure you get what you pay for and don’t let them……
