Rest Well with Very Easy Access

Enjoy all of the comforts of home as you enjoy this private three bedroom, 1 ba ground level apartment. This centrally located unit is sure to meet your needs, no matter what brings you to Miles City! You will love the fact that there are no stairs to enter and no stairs in the unit if you appreciate easy access.

Due to environmental sensitivities of some of our recurring guests, smoking is not allowed inside the property. Animals of any kind are not permitted due to visitors who have allergies or sensitivities to pets.

If you have a work crew coming to town or a large family, please note that we have multiple furnished units within a 1-3 block radius. We would be happy to accommodate your large group!

You have access to the entire unit, front yard, and may use the BBQ located just outside the back door.

The neighborhood is very quiet and all tenants in the building are very respectful. This property is located in a well-established area with a great reputation for a comfortable and walkable environment.

We offer on-street parking at no-charge. A covered carport may be available with a prior arrangement from owner (each stall is assigned and must be assigned properly to you). Miles City does have a taxi service and Uber from time to time if needed. This property is within walking distance of uptown and downtown for your ease of accessibility to local destinations/attractions.
Please be respectful of quiet hours from 10am-8am for the enjoyment of all in the building. Please remove shoes upon entering the building. Please use the kitchen fan when you are cooking. Feel free to utilize the washer and dryer; laundry soap is in the cabinet above the laundry machines. Please do not flush any non-human waste or flushable wipes; those items create plumbing concerns.

    Great location, clean inside & out, respectably quiet, bbq was a good plus, six in our group—-could have used six chairs—there were four chairs in the unit. Kitchen was well stocked with pots,pans,etc. with our group of six could have used more plates,saucers. Would definitely rent this property again .

    Even better than we hoped!

    Rovin was a great communicator and her apartment was absolutely peaceful and perfectly appointed. She thought of everything one might possibly need when outfitting the apartment. Plus the decorating style was so awesome! We would stay again in a heartbeat. Perfect for a family and we so enjoyed the time there.

    This rental worked out great for our group. We were in town for a soccer tournament. The condo was very clean, lots of natural light, conveniently located and well stocked. We cooked all our meals there. It was convenient having the washer and dryer. The neighbors were so friendly and helpful! Robin was easy to work with.

    This place worked out great for us. The apt is very clean and up-to-date and well maintained, everything worked seamlessly with getting into the place. Nice size for small group or family. Hosts were very helpful and easy to work with. There is a bit of a backyard that is shared with the other apartments and it works in a pinch if you want to sit out and get some fresh air or put something on the grill,, but it is more of an apartment than a house when it comes to having an outdoor hangout space. all in all a good place that i would stay in again.

    So pleased that we had a centrally located, clean apartment for the weekend wedding of our grandson.

    This was our first experience with VRBO and it was perfect! The Hogans went out of their way to make this a great weekend. Everything we needed was at our fingertips! We would highly recommend their property as a home away from home!
