「Definitely not a 4-star hotel. It should be rated as a 3-star property. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Chisinau. You can easily walk to the main attractions, restaurants, cafés, and even the city's central market. Unfortunately, the hotel is very noisy, especially if you get a room on the first floor, as I did.
