"This is a very average hotel. It’s very outdated and quite boring. Nothing to do at the hotel. The restaurant is fine, I’ve had much better food else where. Will not be going back "

"Located in a stunning area of Greater Victoria/Langford, on Bear Mountain. Very good reasonable restaurant/cafe Jacks across the road. Room was clean and comfortable. Additional parking charge was a surprise, as there is nowhere else to park other than in the underground. Add $10 additional per night to your rate. It is out of the way from downtown or the coastline, but worth the drive."

The hotel was. nearly 30 minutes from Victoria and far for most attractions, the visit to the Hatley Castle, the grounds and the university was an all day delight and within 15 minutes or so. "
"Staff was excellent. Ocean view great and kitchen was a bonus. Water and soft drinks offered at the front desk and clean rooms.
Rooms a bit dated but they will be remodeling over winter. A few rooms were remodelled and they were great. Location location and price was great. "
"Perfect location, just 15 minutes from Swartz Bay and downtown Victoria, away from the crowds. The room was spacious, clean, and exceeded expectations for a three-star hotel. The bed was firm, pillow soft, and the sitting area was a nice touch. Friendly staff, easy check-in/out, and free parking make this place a winner. I’ll definitely stay here again!
