“The apartment overall is nice, and located in an area that is close to shops and dining. Listing photos are accurate, but as others have mentioned, this is not a "luxury" apartment. ”

“I would say that this is a one star hotel on the level of a Motel 6. Very old and needs major updates. Only sufficient for an overnight stay which was our case.”

“We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking.There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting……

“My daughter and I found this upstairs unit to be spacious, private, comfortable, well stocked and very clean. There was ample street parking available even for our late arrival, and we felt safe. The host sent timely messages with clear check-in and check out instructions. I would not hesitate to book this property again!”

“Let me start with the positives. Nutan was responsive and accommodating. Unfortunately the negatives are plenty. From the moment I opened the door the smell of musk and urine was terrible. I immediately made a trip to Target for Glade plug ins. There were no sponges, washcloths, Bounty or hand soap in the bathroom. I informed our host and these were provided quickly however the washcloths had other peoples hair imbedded in them. There are a lot of unnecessary area rugs laid out everywhere which……
