“Room was clean. View was great. Would like to have a microwave and coffee maker in room. Evening hot water was only lukewarm. Tea selection was poor. No regular tea.”

Called the check in number and was helped by a very understanding person who made it possible to stay that night. After a long day of traveling this was a wonderful outcome. Room was clean and plenty of towels to go around.”

Had to go down to the lobby ourselves to get more towels. They seemed a little bothered that we even asked. ”
