Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis, situated on a working farm this newly renovated apartment is the perfect base to explore the Western Lake District fells, the beautiful West Cumbria coastline and sandy beaches. There are some stunning scenic walks right on your doorstep. With horse Riding at Murthwaite Green in Silecroft and Cumbrian Heavy horses in Whicham, a water sports centre at Port Haverigg marina, local pubs and eateries, you won't be short of things to do!
The space
Enjoy a break at this newly renovated apartment, set on a on a traditional working farm, a peaceful setting close to the very edge of the Lake District National Park.
The entrance door will take you through to the fully equipped kitchen area and a breakfast bar with seating for 4 people. The lounge area consisting of 2 sofas and a smart TV, with comfort and simplicity in mind this apartment is the perfect base to relax and unwind after a day out exploring the surrounding countryside, the seaside and Lake District National Park.
The lounge sofa can easily be set up as a double sofa bed (ideal for children).
Bedroom 1: A tastefully decorated double bedroom, equipped with a wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps.
Bathroom: A shower, basin and toilet
Outside: There is no private gardens as the apartment is situated on a working farm. Please bear this in mind if you're bringing dogs.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole apartment. There is space for 2 cars to park directly outside of the property.

Please note:
Check-in is from 16:00 and Check-out is before 10:00.
Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome, however we kindly ask that they are kept off the beds and furnishings. Also due to the apartment being located on a working farm, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times around any livestock. Please also ensure that you clean up after your dogs if you allow them to foul outside the property. Please bring your own bedding and towels for your dogs.
There will be a £50 call out fee if keys are locked inside the property and a £100 fee if keys are lost.
The property is set up to allow remote access with easy self check-in meaning that no direct contact with anyone is needed.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a £40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
