10/10 Excellent

"The Assitant Genral Manager of the facility showed excellent customer service even before we arrived at the property. I had an issue that needed to be resolved. As i bought the rooms on a third party site, i had to get them to solve the issue. However i also took it on myslef to get in touch with the property where upon, the assitant general manager was AMAZING in solving the issue, way before the 3rd party provider could reach the hotel. However, as policy required, we still had to wait till the 3rd party EVENTUALLY go through to the hotel on the day we arrived. From arrival to departure for the 2 nights stay of a party of 12 and the team really made us feel welcome an appreciated. I would rate his services at overperfect (if there is such a word) and give the facility a perfect. Thank you and we'll surely use the facility again in the future."

"We loved our spacious suite at a reasonable price. Everyone was friendly and the suite was clean, nicely furnished, bed was very comfortable. I think they may have a problem with people smoking although there are signs everywhere prohibiting it, our room and nthe hallways had traces of cigarette smoke. Breakfast items could be improved although it was sufficient. Free fresh coffee served in the lobby am to pm. Very nice stay, comfortable, staff were more than nice and welcoming."

"Great location and a great price for such spacious rooms! Only valet parking available, so plan accordingly if you plan to be in and out a lot, but a great plus that most of downtown Asheville is walkable from the property. Didn't eat at the onsite restaurant, but did visit to see the stunning views from the rooftop terrace and the staff were super accommodating to let us walk around without dining there. The rooms are extra wide with ample space to leave luggage open with plenty of room for an aisle to still walk by with ease--not the case at multiple other hotels we visited on this same multi-state trip! Views are great from the room even just on the 5th floor. Used the onsite laundry facilities on the 12th floor and really enjoyed the views from the top! Front desk staff were very helpful to make change for us since the guest laundry machines have no app/card-based payment, only quarters. The bathroom mirrors have built-in Bluetooth speakers, so we enjoyed getting ready with some tunes. Overall a great, walkable hotel option to experience the best of Asheville!"
