Charming and relaxing stay

We were in town for a wedding in the area and this was the perfect place to return to every night. Such a little gem. Bigger than expected and loved the outside seating area also. Gorgeous and clean property. Would definitely stay again!

Michelle was amazing and even shared some beach supplies. The neighborhood is great and her neighbor was so helpful when Michelle was at work! Michelle was very communicative, her place was clean and it was a great, safe location. Perfect to get away but be near beaches and shopping. Would absolutely stay with her again!

This cozy apartment was perfect for our stay. Most comfortable bed I’ve had in a rental. Michelle was very nice and responded right away when I had questions. Without a doubt the best VRBO I have ever stayed at! Hoping it is available the next time I need to go to Delaware!

An Oasis of Peace close to the Beach

This vacation spot is a gem! Beautifully appointed and maintained, it's an oasis of peace close to all the DE beaches and an excellent value. It's a lovely mini apartment style suite of rooms. My favorite spot was sitting out on the wnd floor porch and enjoying the view. If you have trouble with steps, this might not be for you, but if your comfortable with 2 flights with a nice landing in between, come on up and enjoy!

Passing through from NY to NC

We wanted to take our time and spend a day or 2 in DE on our way to NC. This place is centrally located. Very clean. The bed!!!! ... so comfy, I would rent this again just for another night sleep in that bed. The place is well stocked with anything you may need or have forgotten

A real gem! I love how the deeper you drive into Delaware from the coast, you find these lil gem of towns. This cute little upstairs cottage is no exception. At night, sitting on the deck, watching the sunset, listening to the birds...it was idyllic. Closest beach was Bethany. OC and Dewey were about 35-40 mins.

Great for our needs

The apartment was clean and met all our basic needs. Great value. The king bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were very good. The kitchenette was well equipped for preparing simple meals. Instead of a stove or microwave, there was a toaster oven/air fryer. WiFi was fine. The only seating was 4 chairs around a kitchen table and two chairs on the deck outside. However, we did not spend a lot of time there so not an issue for us. Be aware that it is a second-floor apartment with the only access being an external staircase. Beaches are 30+ minutes away.
