「They allowed me to check myself in & it was gone midnight! They knew i was travelling alone & didn't speak Italian. The 'shuttle service' from airport mentioned is not included as suggested! 120 euro each way from Catania (nearest airport) maybe good price, but shuttle service would again indicate a cheaper price and part of hotel staff (it's not) When i mentioned the self check in the next morning upset, the owners response was "and that's my problem" as I responded yes, it's your hotel and...

「Receptionists and drivers (especially Ali) were very helpful and accommodating. We had a fantastic time here. Hotel food was amazing and the pool was nice and well maintained. Hard to get to supermarkets and convenience stores by foot, requires transport to get everywhere. Transfers were a little expensive, but readily available via the hotel」
