Serenity!
We loved our Broadkill Beach weekend! Having the beach right outside our windows was heavenly, we especially love that Broadkill is quiet and semi secluded. The house was perfect for our group, so comfortable and cozy and relaxing. We took drives to town and the refuge but had everything else we needed for a restorative weekend right at the house and beach and we loved every minute of our visit. Thank you!

SERENE AND WONDERFUL
Beachwalk is a gem. I've stayed there twice and am never disappointed. The beach is never crowded and the house is situated to provide privacy and a sense of seclusion. The house itself is lovely and well appointed. Brett and Natalie are wonderful hosts. They are readily accessible and go out of their way to make sure their guests have everything they need. I give this retreat an A+.

Great location and amenities for the whole family
Location is suburb. The plethora of toys was an unexpected perk for my little ones. Wasn’t fully ready for the biting flies but we managed and there was only one or two bad days. Would recommend to friends and family.

Million dollar view
This is an amazing location with a fantastic view of the Delaware Bay. The beach is very walkable including with your dog! The house is well equipped and nicely furnished. The only downside is that due to the marshland there can be biting flies on the beach primarily depending on the wind direction. On those days it is best to visit the ocean beaches as the flies do not react to bug spray and it is just best to avoid them.

Relaxing family vacation
The house was all you could ask for in a vacation place. It had all of the amenities you need. It was quiet and the beach was beautiful...except, of course, for the flies, but I guess it's their beach, too! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We just loved the location of the house and beach. So quiet and accessible yet still convenient to where we wanted to go. Only complaint was the biting flies at times and not much you can do about that! We will be back!
