Easy.

Everything was easy. The checkin, wifi, amenities, appliances. There were air conditioners in every room during our July stay, which was great. It’s a nice, quiet, tree-lined street. You’ll need a city permit to park on the street, but it’s easy to get online and it’s free.

Our stay was amazing. The only feedback we would give is that some of the pillows were very hard and made sleeping a challenge for some of my friends. Other than that it was great!

Overall a great get away home

We loved the house but did not realize it was a town home with occupants above us. Over all had a great experience and would recommend the property. I would also recommend remembering it is a town home with occupancies on top and they may not always be quiet at night.

Horrible Experience

This was a horrible experience for my family. My family flew in from Atlanta and booked this property for 4 nights. There was a total of 8 people in my family and my parents who are 70 years old. When we arrived at the property and walked in. There was no AC and felt like 90 degree in the house. I plugged in the all the window AC in the bedrooms and turned on the fan. 5 mins after, the electricity in the house died. I called the host, and he asked me to go down the basement (has mouse trap and dirty) and switch the braker on. I did so and the electricity came back on for 5 mins and then the power went out again. I called the host back with frustration that I have my parents with me and we have no electricity in the house. Now I will have to find a roof over our heads for the next 4 nights. We ended up renting 2 rooms at a hotel for the next 4 nights. Which costed me an extra 1200. I received a refund from the host but we shouldn't have to go through this. We were tired from our flight and now having to scramble where to sleep for the next 4 nights. I do not recommend this property. I have pictures and videos to prove my review.
