「The staff were so friendly and well spoken. The palace is immaculate and so clean. Easy parking right out front which was free of charge for our rental car. The hotel also has an amazing restaurant for dinner which was one of our favourite meals of the trip. The breakfast however was quite disappointing (in comparison to the calibre of our evening meals). Nothing wrong - just basic. Beautiful pool to have a lounge around with service to order drinks.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und eine kleine Wartung aufgrund eines verstopften Abflusses der Dusche wurde umgehend organisiert. 「Das Hotel war sauber und wir hatten einen schönen Ausblick auf die Berge. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist jedoch etwas veraltet und das Zimmer war etwas eng. Das Frühstück war bescheiden. Nach dem dritten Tag sind wir auswärts frühstücken gegangen. Zum übernachten und zum ausruhen, ist das Hotel optimal.」

When we arrived my room had a bit of an issue and they went out of there way to help make my stay comfortable and make sure I was happy. No excuses they were on it.
