quelques tracas

La maison est vraiment bien placĂ©e et le cadre du jardin agrĂ©able, mais de trop nombreux dĂ©tails viennent ternir l'ensemble: sanitaires limites (chasse d'eau et bac Ă  douche bricolĂ©s et d'usage dĂ©licat, pas d'abattant de toilettes, un seul wc fonctionnel pour deux Ă©tages distincts), propretĂ© des draps et placards (sous-vĂȘtement en boule jetĂ© dans l'armoire sur un rayonnage!!), plancha Ă  nettoyer Ă  l'arrivĂ©e...), les commentaires sur la rĂ©novation datent de trois ans, et sont toujours d'actualitĂ©...par ailleurs la communication est aisĂ©e et le propriĂ©taire rĂ©actif (bouteille de gaz vide, vite rĂ©glĂ©), les nombreux Ă©quipements de loisirs mis Ă  disposition (vĂ©los, paddle, bodyboards..) sont un vrai plus, pour qui n'est pas gĂȘnĂ© par ces quelques points d'intendance.

La maison trÚs joli. Il faut un petit peu de la rénovation. Dommage que la toilette en bas marche pas. Maison située vers 2km de la plage. Joli jardin.

Quelques soucis à l'arrivée mais trÚs vite résolues ! Le propriétaire est trÚs réactif ! Je recommande, nous avons passé un bon séjour, la maison est agréable et à proximité des plages.

Cadre trÚs sympathique, on a eu un problÚme de clés qui a été trÚs vite réglé. Dommage que le 2e WC ne fonctionne pas. Maison pas loin de la plage et des commerces
