Search B&B in Minamiizu

"Mixed feelings on this guest house - it was lovely decorated and recently renovated by the owner, who was lovely and super friendly & helpful. Had offered affordable breakfast (500 yen/ person in May 2025) and plenty of shared area spaces - with ability to use glasses / cups / kettle / microwave. Unfortunately I didn’t see during booking that toilet and bathroom are shared for all guests (4-6 rooms, not sure exactly) but luckily we went to bed early and wake up late, so avoided the natural...

"2泊連泊させていただきました。 温泉好きの私としましては、24時間掛け流しの温泉にいつでも入れるのはとても嬉しいことでした。長湯する時には窓を開けると冷気が入り、とても気持ちが良かったです。 オーナー様のウィットに富んだ案内も楽しませていただきました。（至る所にクスッとできる微笑ましい仕掛けがありました。） 一つ難点とすると、夜の隙間風でしょうか。床下や壁から冷気が入ってきましたので、荷物で防いでいました。 周りも静かなので、良い温泉に入りのんびり過ごさせていただきました。 オーナー様ご夫婦の優しい笑顔に気持ちが安まりました。 ありがとうございました。"

"This place was extremely magical!! The dramatic location and views, incredible design, essential and thoughtful necessities for a nourishing getaway!! The location is remote and that is a big part of the appeal, but come prepared with provisions as there’s no need to leave :) We keep saying and how lucky we were to get to stay at such a special place…. An absolute treasure, I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn’t dreaming!!"
