An excellent venue, well presented, good value for money, well located for day trips around Somerset and Devon - both more gorgeous than we expected. The resort has an excellent information centre, a games room, pool and space to breathe and relax.

We had a lovely stay at Bilbrook nice size for the 3 of us. The WiFi was a hit and miss, nice to have the washer dryer as the weather was wet, the children said the tv was too small, one downside was the low water pressure of the shower. Bonus of having the pool and jacuzzi which we used daily, we didn’t use the games room. On arrival host Richard showed us where everything was and round the flat. A good location to explore around Exmoor.

RIchard-in-Charge was very helpful, and the cottage (apartment) was clean and well organized. We were happy to use the cottage as a base for exploring Exmoor. One significant downside is the noise from the A369, and also the difficulty of driving out of the site onto that busy road, with limited visibility. We made no use of swimming pool and tennis court, but were happy to chat with the ponies (who like carrots).
