We loved our stay. It is one of the best houses we have stayed in at Lake Anna. There are a ton of amenities and everything is well labeled. We loved having access to the golf cart to get to and from the boat house. There is plenty to do at the house and plenty of space

This property was amazing! The house was beautiful, The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need to cook for your family, the beds were all comfortable, and the layout of the home was open, making it perfect for my family of 9. .And the hosts were incredibly responsive. We highly recommend.

Family Lake vacation

Property is lovingly maintained. It is very well stocked and beds are comfy. We liked that it is located down in a quiet cove. Lots of things to do around the house to keep everyone entertained.

What a wonderful house with a fantastic view! The house is large enough so that some adults can talk upstairs and other adults and children can play downstairs. The golf cart was perfect for folks who have trouble walking to get down to the lake. What a great vacation!

Robert and Courtney’s home is amazing and exceeded all expectations. I stayed there in July with my family and another family, totally 11 people. We had more than enough space with the 6 bed rooms, 2 living spaces, huge main level deck, great ground level patio (also very large), and screened in patio off main floor master.The home is has all of the amenities, big and small. Every bedroom has a Smart TV; kitchen is fully appointed with all necessary cookware including crockpot, blender, kuerig coffee maker, regular coffee making, pots/pans, and full assortment of spices for cooking. Home is also well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, aluminum foil, etc. … all of the required basics. Outdoor grill is very nice.The deckhouse is an awesome place to hang-out, swim from, fish from, and boat from. The home included 2 paddle boards, 4 kayaks, 6 floats, and tons of life vests. Floating trampoline and slide were a big hit with the kids. We rented a boat for a week at a local marina and then docked it at the home’s deckhouse, which was very easy.Robert and Courtney were terrific hosts. They were very easy to get a hold of and very timely in responses for questions we had, though in general the house instructions were very detailed and explained everything. I would stay here again.

Family lake getaway

Family summer stay at the lake, first time for us. We loved the house, it was suited to us perfectly(maybe a few less steps down to the lake!). Kids loved all the water play toys.We rented a boat and it was convenient to be able to dock at the house. Super vacation

A Perfect Lakefront Getaway

Our stay at the lake house was truly unforgettable! We were blown away by the breathtaking lake view. The house itself was immaculate and thoroughly stocked. The open family space was perfect for relaxing together, cooking meals and enjoying quality time. The dock area quickly became our favorite hangout. We loved jumping into the water and relaxing on the provided kayaks and paddle boards. The golf cart and hot tub were perfect. This home truly has everything you would want in a lakeside retreat. Highly recommend!

Resort Lake Living

We loved our long weekend at Courtney and Robert’s beautiful home. You can tell how much care and thought went into designing a property that has everything anyone could need for a relaxing and delightful vacation at the lake. We marveled at the beautiful views from the deck, appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and enjoyed comfortable rooms for everyone in our party. We can’t wait to come back to this ideal spot!

We had the most unforgettable stay at this Lake Anna home! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and private. We were married in Mineral and celebrated with friends and family at the lake, and this home was the perfect setting for such a special time. Excellent 2nd Stay!

My group of friends and family stayed at this house last year and enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to book it again. We definitely made the correct choice. The house had plenty of room for our group of 10. We loved the amenities such as the pool table, hot tub, and gorgeous views of the lake from the deck. We would happily stay here again!

Amazing Time

The house was so beautiful and well kept. The location on the lake is stunning and the water sports included in the house make it a great time on the lake. Many activities to do at the house or around the town. Would absolutely love to stay at this place again.

Lovely Post Labor Day Week

What a beautiful place! Our group was 3 couples and found the house was well suited with room to spare. We like to cook meals, and the kitchen was well stocked and was laid out to allow for group cooking. The deck and the boathouse were favorite spots to gather to enjoy the perfect weather. The property is very well maintained. Robert and Courtney were very responsive and checked in multiiple times to make sure we had what we needed and to answer any questions that may have come up.

Fantastic vacation

We have been renting vacation houses for 20+ years and this was the best we have ever stayed in. House is in almost new condition and everything works as it should. Proper, correct instructions on how to use things like the A/V equipment, grill, hot tub and golf cart. The hosts have provided so many things that we have been used to bringing with us like soaps of all types and paper goods. They were also the most communicative hosts we have ever had. We absolutely would look to stay here again if we go back to Lake Anna.

Week at the Lake

Beautiful property with lots of amenities, close to Food Lion. Perfect for a large group. Boat house is perfect with slide and trampoline if you have kids, morning sun, evening shade, close to marinas if you have a boat. Will definitely rent again.

Amazing House and Amazing Amenities!

We had a fabulous week at Lake Anna! This house was perfect for our family (6 adults and 1 toddler). The house was beautiful, equipped with everything needed, and so spacious. And the outdoor amenities were incredible! We fished off the dock, swam and floated, kayaked, used the paddle board, had beautiful bonfires in the evening, and made use of the hot tub. It was a perfect vacation! And Robert and Courtney were great to work with. We are already planning next year’s vacation at this property!

Beautiful House, Would Come Back

Excellent location, close to Food Lion and restaurants. The house is beautiful and it was clean and ready for us. The Dock area was perfect with the SUP, Kayaks, life vest and floats all provided. Dock was great for our rental boat too. Kids loved the game room. Owners were responsive and great. 10 out of 10.

Weekend Wedding Oasis

We had the pleasure of staying here the weekend of our son’s wedding, and it exceeded all our expectations. The photos don’t do the property justice - it’s positively breathtaking. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and each room was wonderfully inviting with more than enough room to relax, and celebrate. The outdoor area was also impressive, with breathtaking views that were perfect for photos and water toys available for creating unforgettable family memories. The hosts took care to stock items that made our stay even more convenient. The bedrooms were all beautifully decorated and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting to celebrate such a significant event. A special thank you to the hosts - for their assistance and willingness to accommodate from our initial booking and throughout our stay. We appreciate all of your efforts!
