You have full access to our entire house, and our property. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner (DV Rentals LKA)!

We use keyless entry smart locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.

Freshwater Estates is a premier waterfront residential neighborhood community located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the public side. With roughly 9,000 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. It's generally a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are very friendly. We have ample free parking at our home for large groups with up to 6 vehicles. We limit the home to a Maximum of 6 Adults.

- Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
- All Guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- 6 Adults Maximum
- No Events Allowed.
- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- There is a No Wake Zone in the water behind the home.
- The backyard is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
- Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
