「It’s not as beautiful as the photos. Everything is good and acceptable, except for the front desk service, the front desk service staffs need to improve their skill. High wifi speed. Should swin in the swimming pool rather than the beach.」

The Hotel an Resort is mostly used by Vietnamese people, and they are very load! Staff don’t speak English, only some very basic words. 「The hotel and staff were top-notch. The area around is typical “rural” Vietnamese. If you are a Westerner- looking for a pristine beach experience- you won’t like this area (but you WILL like the hotel). If you are used to Southeast Asia travel- you will really enjoy it. Note: we were the only Westerners we saw- and we felt like rock stars. Everyone said “hello.” All the kids ran up to us giggling. 」

「Fantastic location right in the heart of Ho Tram. The beach is beautiful and exceptionally clean, which was a big plus. We were upgraded to a beachfront villa, spacious and just steps from the main pool and restaurant. Breakfast offered plenty of variety, and the staff were super attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!」
