The staff at the front desk was awesome! We were only there to sleep and arrived late so no dealings with any other staff. Beds were very comfy! However, room looked like it could use a little updating. Carpet worn in spots and desk chair needed to be replaced or recovered. We arrive down for breakfast after the early crowd and there was very little left to eat. However, not a deal-breaker for us. All in all, we would stay there again on a short-stay.

Thank goodness I was dressed when I was. a little bit after 9:00 a.m. . My husband went to walk his service dog, when all of a sudden seconds later the door open to the room. And a housekeeper tried to enter. She was surprised I was in the room, she thought that no one was in the room, she was going to come in and start looking through our stuff.

Our room's carpet was ripped.The faucet moved two inches back and forth. Bathroom was 4'×5'. No one was at the desk, pretty much ever, throughout a 4 day stay. Price reflects the property. Couches and furnishing are very old, covered with couch covers,.and dilapidated. Breakfast was not bad. Staff was friendly .

I was just underwhelmed with the place. It needs some serious updating: carpet, room decor, over-all appearance. There was an odd smell in the hallway, could not identify it but it was not pleasant. Did not swim or have breakfast.

Driver passing through. Was looking for a hotel that could accommodate parking for a large vehicle and found this hotel. It will accommodate uhuals, truck with trailers less than 40 feet combined. However no semis. The front desk associates were very polite. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Very quiet hotel and I stay in them a lot but this place took the win even against the holiday inn. Very affordable and worth every penny. Best sleep I’ve had since been out here on the road. I would definitely recommend.

This was, hands-down, the most disgusting hotel that I have ever stayed at in 40 years. The room we booked was a double suite with an extra rollaway bed. We were put in a small room with two double beds, not a suite, and no rollaway bed. Fine. But the entire room REEKED of mold and mildew so strong that we couldn't breathe. Everything in the room was SOAKING WET--beds, bedding, carpet, toilet paper. We requested a different room, which we did get, but it still was not the double suite that we booked. And the new room was still damp! It wasn't soaking wet, but damp...and covered in mold on the lampshades, ceiling, walls, floor. Bathroom was filthy. We were so horrified and grossed out. I will be calling a health inspector to the property. It needs to be shut down immediately. I would strongly suggest that Expedia remove this hotel from your website. It is a serious health violation. And the front desk staff knows it! They acknowledged that the manager won't do anything about it! Unbelievable!

Non-pretentious and friendly staff. If you’re looking for an average hotel that doesn’t cost 300+ a night, I would recommend this one. Close to Cabela’s, easy parking, decent pool and hot tub. Standard continental breakfast. I would stay there again.

My second time here. Not because I had to, I like it here. My only word of advice is bring your own pool towel & you will be OK. There must have been a 100 kids in there b4 adult time. lol. we went there when the kids were gone & it was amazingly clean in there. The hot tub was hot. The top button turns it on..

The air conditioner did not work in our room the first night. There were no other rooms available. It was miserable. The bathtub didn’t drain and the toilet was not clean. The next day the staff was very nice and offered us another room. There are no elevators so it was a big task moving everything as we had two small children. The second night the room was very comfortable.

The room was very dirty. There were long black hairs all over the place, the floor was greasy and had a slippery residue on it, the defunct radiator had years of dirt and grime on it, the A/C unit was deafening but didn’t cool or dry out the humid room, which smelled, and it also was full of mold. The shower was very moldy, and the toilet seat was held on with a twist tie. There were missing pieces of molding, and the internet box was hanging out of a hole in the wall.

We booked this room specifically for the in-room jacuzzi. The night we arrived, only the jets on one side of the jacuzzi worked. When we attempted to use the tub again in the morning, the jets didn't work at all. There were a lot of tiny dead bugs on the floor next to the jacuzzi tub and a couple inside the tub. We felt the need to wipe down the inside of the tub before we used it. There was also a bottle from previous guests, that had exploded in the freezer portion of the mini-fridge in our room. It didn't seem like the room had been cleaned very well before we arrived. We informed the front desk of these concerns on our departure. The gal working the desk said we should have come to them and they would have helped with the jacuzzi (which was noted on the tub instructions in the room as well), but if this is an amenity they are offering to their guests, then the jacuzzi should be in working order without the expectation that we'll need to have the staff enter our room during our stay, to attempt to get the tub working properly. After we informed them of the jacuzzi issue, the bugs, and the exploded bottle, they just gave us an awkward apology. Between the note on the instructions and the comment from the gal at the desk, I get the feeling they were already aware of the issue with the tub. They didn't offer a discount or anything to rectify the uncleanliness of the room or the dysfunctional tub. We will likely book elsewhere in the future.
