Great Stay in MPLS

We had a great stay in Minneapolis. The town home is very clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect - close to the chain of lakes within the city (we walked from the property to the trail around Lake of the Isles on several mornings). I also want to thank Isiah for being so responsive to our questions via the VRBO app.

Nice home but he lives next door

Owner lives on the attached townhouse which doesn’t say anywhere on this listing so if you want privacy I wouldn’t book this place. He kept telling us parties weren’t allowed when he had no reason to think we were throwing one? Pretty stressful experience we felt like we had to walk on eggshells the whole time to not get kicked out

Lake Living in the City

A small, vibrant, and comfortable multi-level 1/2/duplex with nice back yard. Beautiful, giant trees shade the back yard patio and invite birds. AMAZING access to 4 city lakes, Theo Wirth Park, and downtown. Unique location! Owner was warm and responsive. Nice landing and launching pad for small group or family. Happy light railway construction behind house was on pause or has moved on.

Great location!

The townhouse was in a great location. We did think it was a home and not a duplex. That did make it tricky with where to store our bikes. The townhouse has plenty of space for a family of 4 and is overall pretty nice. There could be a little better cleaning in terms of dusting in the home but beds were very clean and prepped. We were short towels and had to go hunting around for them but did find them in the laundry. The laundry is shared between units in the lower level and the door locks but doesn’t feel that secure which made us nervous. The price to stay in the area this home is in was good and we loved how close to walking trails, bike trails and close to many restaurants and downtown.

Great stay in great neighborhood

Our family of five had a wonderful winter holiday here. Lots of time cooking, cozy time in the living room playing games, and skiing on close by lakes. Loved the split level and sunlight — beautiful big oak trees in the back yard. Would stay here again. Thanks!

A very quaint small rental that was perfect for our stay in Minneapolis for a Vikings game. House is a duplex so neighbors are close but was still a perfect fit for our quick holiday stay. Owner responded quickly to all questions/messages.
