Whether you’re visiting for meetings or a conference, our spacious 1-bedroom loft is ideal for business travelers coming to town for a couple of days or a couple of months. Our convenient location puts you within a short drive of the Minneapolis Convention Center and the headquarters of 3M, General Mills, UnitedHealth Group, Medtronic, Target, Best Buy, Cargill, and more.

--BED & BATH--
Our roomy apartment can comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, but it’s perfectly suited for solo travelers too:
• Bedroom: 1 queen bed, separated from the living room with a divider for privacy
• Living room: 1 pull-out couch, large enough for 2 guests

Ample closet space in the bedroom means you can unpack fully (no more wrinkly clothes!), and you’ll surely sleep well on our comfortable mattress with high-quality bedding. Staying for a while? We can arrange for housekeeping service whenever you need it.

The bathroom is located outside of the bedroom so it’s convenient for all of the guests, and it includes a large glass shower, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, iron, and a hair dryer so you can pack light and look your best.

--LIVING SPACE--
Catch up on emails or disconnect entirely in the living room - it’s up to you. The comfortable couch and TV make it easy to unwind after a long day. Need some more space to spread out? Head down to the 1st-floor resident lounge, where you’ll find plenty of tables suited for work.

Traveling for business often means a lot of meals out, so sometimes a home-cooked meal is exactly what you crave. Cook your homestyle favorites in the full kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. The cabinets are stocked with dishes and cookware for effortless meal prep.

Creating a sophisticated vibe, the loft features tall ceilings, polished concrete floors, and large windows that let in lots of natural light.

*HOUSE RULES*
• All guests must be over the age of 25 unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity prior to check-in.
• Bookings made within 10 days of arrival will require additional documentation.
• Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• Minnestay uses a third-party to screen the identity and check criminal databases for all guests in order to confirm a reservation. Guests will be required to complete the screening by responding to an email sent by the third-party. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on the Safely website, under Terms.
• This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. Fees will be assessed for smoking in the building or unit.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, Bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• No pets allowed at Sable. This includes both in the units as well as common areas of the building including the 9th Floor Rooftop deck and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Certified Service Animals are welcome (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
• Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.
• The Fitness Center facility is located in a neighboring building and is available for use at $10 per day plus taxes. Please inquire to reserve a pass for your stay.
• This building is located in an urban, downtown area and you may experience construction noise during your stay. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances.
• There are security cameras located on site.
• Loss of keys, key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass.
• Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.
• Direct Bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

As advertised
Everything was just as listed, my room was conveniently located near the parking. Personally, i did not love having to find a place to park my car somewhere else in order to check in and then again ar check out. I also think it was a little less desirable that the key was not available until the EXACT check-in time so i had to wait around, or choose to pay to park somewhere else. Besides those 2 things the property itself was in excellent condition and very comfortable, and I would recommend it to my friends and others.
