For the safety of all guests and the property, tampering with or disabling smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, or noise monitoring devices is strictly prohibited. Unplugging, removing batteries, covering, or disabling any safety or monitoring device will result in an immediate fine of $250 per incident. These devices are installed in accordance with Airbnb’s safety guidelines and are in place solely to ensure guest safety and maintain neighborhood peace. If you are experiencing issues with any device (e.g., beeping, false alerts), please contact us immediately and we will assist right away.
《 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS》 All guests must be registered for liability purposes. ➤A surcharge of $350.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.

This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units and the camera must be functional at all times. 《 CHECK-OUT TIMES 》 Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations. ➤$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 10 am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.
《 GARBAGE 》 Garbage is to be thrown out in a sealed bag in the trash chute on your floor.
