“The front desk staff was not allowing me to check in due to the name of reservation is different with the name on my passport. This was the first time I encountered such situation. Though she stilled allow me to check in after I show my email address and phone number. 30 minutes was passed. And, my colleagues was required to slide the credit card twice even though the first slide was approved. ”
