"This property is very well located for people coming from western America by car. There is a very large network of roads and highways to serve you nearby. That said, the Twin Cities are home to VERY many RUDE drivers. Commonly found are the following. They will block you from merging, and you'll have to divert from your planned path to avoid a collision. They will also rush up to block you from merging, even when they could easily let you merge. All of this promotes bad will and frightening situations. Drivers, be alert to this reality, especially in the areas of Eden Prairie, Edina, and the western suburbs of Minneapolis. "Minnesota Nice" may exist one-on-one situations with people, but it does not exist on the highways! All my relatives who live there feel the same way I do. Fear of driving rules them too."

"Stayed in handicap advantage room. Make sure you take your own shower/bath chair if needed. There is no way to get in or out of tub since it is very low to floor. Also bathroom door would not stay open. We had to use hanger to hold room door to bathroom door so it didn't close on me. Outside door to get to elevator was not working at keypad. Had to walk hallway from another door to get to elevator, then walk 2nd floor hallway to get to room. Alot of walking to get to handicap advantage room. Otherwise room was great, and comfortable."

"Each staff person that I had contact with was courteous; friendly and willing to provide assistance. The temperature in our suite was cool (vents blew cool air only, so we turned the unit off) and there were no blankets in the room - when I called housekeeping, the message indicated that the "mailbox was full". The food that we ordered from room service, came in a timely manner and was good. We did not have the opportunity to use the swimming pool as we were busy during the day. We did not take advantage of the breakfast meal, as we wanted to start our 5.5 hour drive home. The suite was clean and spacious. The phones were outdated and looked "well used". No problems with parking and parking lots were well lit for the most part. We will stay again when we are in the Bloomington area."

"Everything was great other than we stayed for 4 days and had no room service???? No clean towels and not once did they even try to clean our room and we had to continuously place our trash in the hallway which was gross"
