“The room was dirty(examples: stained towels and blankets, hair in the bath tub and under the bed sheets.) wifi didn’t reach or work in my room. Window was gross and looked like it hadn’t been wiped clean in a while. Breakfast seemed to be nonexistent. Fruit and some granola bars. If i hadnt been told because i booked online and was unable to change my reservation i would have checked out after the first of my 3 nights”

“Abysmal hotel. Everything was dirty. The room was in awful shape. Damages, missing floor (literal hole in the floor), cobwebs on the ceiling, hole in the door, extremely dark, the curtains wouldn’t close all the way, and the bathroom vent didn’t work at all. We left after the first night and got a room elsewhere.
Very clear that whoever is in charge of the hotel doesn’t actually go into the hotel AT ALL.”
