"We stayed here for 3 days and had a great stay in this new hotel. Everything was very nice and clean. The staff were very accommodating as well when we needed to stay longer. The nightly rates were very good and it was the perfect location for visiting my mom in Farmington. The daily breakfast was excellent and had many choices for a variety of diets. There is a Walmart nearby and it’s very convenient to several roads in the area, Hwy 35, etc. and only 20 mns from the airport and Mall of America. Definitely recommend this great new hotel."

"Our stay was great, and we wouldn't hesitate to return. Amber at the front desk was super friendly and helpful when we checked in. We loved the location (its proximity to MOA), and the jacuzzi and pools were wonderful, as was the breakfast. The airport shuttle was a huge plus, too."

"We are a family of four. I’ve booked two rooms. The first room the door would not close. My mom got an attention from a maintenance guy. The front clerk, saw it and immediately said “I’m not getting charge for the scratches.” I immediately told hi there are scratches already. He was able to provide a room next to mine. I was disappointed already with the state of the rooms. The furnitures had scratches, wear and tear. It’s not like it’s new. The bathroom is small. When I used the pool, the towels are not picked up, it was everywhere. I even helped out picked up towels. When you go to the front counter. There is no one there. It seems the staff are hiding inside an office. I am not sure but the hotel provides takes emergency housing from the community. This is the worst Best Western I’ve stayed at."
