「Good and convenient location, Cheaper than other options. quiet area, lot of shops and food options close by and next to highway exit. But old run down motel not very well kept and bare amenities of not good quality.」

Jetted tub didn’t have working jets.
Low water pressure in shower and toilet.
Laundry machines were under repair.
Sauna had trash (empty chip bags)
Always low on spa towels.
Made me feel bad for asking for new bath towels (this was a 5 night stay)
Breakfast was meh with limited hours (6-9am)
Eggs weren’t worth putting on the plate, gravy for biscuits and gravy was awful, no sausage flavor at all.

「The staff that checked us in was very rude, and unprofessional. He appeared to be sleeping and could have been upset that we woke him up, we had a late check in. He shoved the keys to us and walked away, literally giving us super short answers to questions we asked. The towels at the hotels are white, however you could see the stain and dirt in them. Graciously we took our own towels. They need their towels replaces. The room was average cleaned, could use some deep cleaning. I wouldn't...
「Our room did not have a hair dryer and I had to borrow one. Front desk was not all that helpful when I reported it. Bed was a little too soft. I had a hard time getting the blackout shade down. The water smelled like chlorine and there was no bottled water for coffee. The rest was fine」
