Excellent Experience

Our a group of three adults in for golfing really enjoyed our stay at this property. Super clean and a great kitchen with more equipment/furnishings then we have at our home. And the Tops'L property is really well maintained. It's peaceful and quiet the time of year we stayed (end of February 2025). We didn't use it, but the unit has a lot of beach equipment. It looks like it would be great for a family in Destin for the beach.The property owner was very communicative and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation!

We loved the condo! It was exactly as described and looked the same as the pictures on the listing. The entire resort was beautiful and well kept. We were so thankful for the private beach, there was plenty of space for our 2 big umbrellas and 4 chairs while being far enough away from the other guests too. (You can also rent chairs and umbrellas) Check In and Check Out was so easy- just enter a code on the condo’s keypad! We highly recommend this condo!

What a View

Beautiful property inside and out! Very secure and easy to access beach without worry . We loved the walking trails and used them daily while we were staying at the property.
