Beach Daze - Fountain view with 2 Golf Carts!

Beach Daze is a quiet four bedroom home tucked away in the Sandpiper Village neighborhood on the Bayside of the Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort. It offers a large back yard with beautiful fountain views. It’s four bedroom three bathroom layout is great for families with all bedrooms on the second floor. With the beach about a mile away, we offer two golf carts for a quick and fun ride for everyone!

* Access to the Sandestin Fitness Center (a five minute walk) or Grand Fitness (five minute ride) (Fees apply)

* Access to three beautiful golf courses within Sandestin, The Links Golf Club, The Baytowne Golf Club, and the Raven Golf Club. Tee times can be booked online (Fees apply)

* Great fishing opportunities in the lakes within Sandestin, the bay, or even off the beach! Catch and release policy for the ponds, and a fishing license is required for bay/gulf fishing

No outside golf carts are allowed within the resort. Only golf carts included with rental properties that are registered to a homeowner are allowed. This is strictly enforced by Sandestin security.

Please note this property gets regular pest control treatments as part of the neighborhood HOA.

Guests have access to the Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort beach, two pools, restaurants, bars, golf courses, tennis courts, basketball courts, miniature golf, and shops all within the resort and accessible on a golf cart. The resort includes the Village of Baytowne Wharf which has lots of activities for the whole family including live music, playgrounds, ropes course, zip-line, restaurants, bars, and shopping. The grocery store, liquor store, gym, movie theater, more restaurants, and shops are just outside the resort at Grand Boulevard and accessible by the golf cart. You can't go wrong with this place!

Best family vacation

Beach Daze is the perfect vacation home to enjoy at the Sandestin beach and golf resort. The location is perfect! A quick golf cart ride to the beach, pool, Baytown wharf, the marina, and more. We had the best time just driving around the property on the two golf carts. There is a ton to do and the home has everything you need. We can’t wait to come back next Christmas break!

Great weekend escape!

We just love this resort and Destin! So much for your family to do right on property. This home was clean, comfortable and comes with two golf carts which makes traveling around the property a dream!

Spring break fun!

Our family and my brother’s family stayed in the house for spring break. The kids age range is 16-1 years old. Everyone had a wonderful time! The house was stocked well with beach towels, sand toys, umbrellas, laundry and dish detergent too! We loved the location of the house and the two golf carts were a must for our families! Would highly recommend staying here- you won’t be disappointed!

Family vacation

The property owner was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns our family had while staying here. We arrived a little early and they allowed us to check in an hour early which was nice for our two kiddos who were couped up in the car for the five hour drive. Highly recommend this rental! ☺️

My family spent our "Fall Break" at this property. We had five kids aged 9-15, and two adults. Everyone LOVED their experience here! It was family friendly, comfortable and loads of fun. The kids loved riding the bikes to the beach, the village, and everywhere in between. This condo is perfect for families who are looking for a relaxing, comfortable and fun place to spend their vacation. The decor is lovely, the amenities were terrific and the convenience was unbeatable. We will definitely plan another trip here in the Spring.

Great time

We really liked this property. Only complaint is the floor plan which really couldn't be reworked. All 4 bedrooms were upstairs with only 2 baths (upstairs to share). The third bath was downstairs so some had to take the awkward shower walk. LOL. The house was very well stocked in the kitchen, towels etc. Golf carts worked great! The beds were very comfortable! We will consider this place again.

Lovely condo and area

We really enjoyed staying at Beach Daze. Decor is lovely, and Sandestin was fantastic. The beach is pretty crowded but I guess that is to be expected. Golf carts are a must there and really added to the fun. We had some problems the first weekend but I understood the difficulties and things happen. The host was responsive to the problems and the problem was fixed by Monday (hard to get it fixed on the weekend which was understandable.) We loved the high quality beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels that were provided. Also boogie boards and sand toys! Thanks for having us :)

Everything was good but we had terrible time trying to figure out the TV and remote situation. Having four small children staying in the house, it's imperative to have simple access to television. Other than that and a fluke flat tire we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Perfect family beach week

The house was the perfect size for two families and one set of grandparents to have a lovely reunion. Pools, restaurants, the beach and Baytowne Village are a quick golf cart ride away, and my kids LOVED riding outside (it was like a thrill ride every time we went somewhere). The zero entry pool was never too crowded, even in the middle of summer. The property itself is set away from the rest of Sandestin so it’s a nice, quiet retreat after the excitement of zip lines and arcades in town. We rented chairs at the beach and enjoyed boogie boarding and cocktails by the ocean (there’s a small bar right on the beach). The house is better equipped than any rental I’ve ever seen…..all kitchen appliances, spices, etc…we really only needed food. Property manager was easy to reach, though we had no issues during our stay. We would go again next week!!

Nice house but crowded beach

The owner was super responsive and helpful. The house was nice and comfortable for our two families. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Our only complaints are that one golf cart was not charged when we arrived and we ended up stranded on our first ride. Also, went to grill one night and the propane tank and the back up propane tank were both empty. Also, very disappointed with the San Destin beach this property has access too. The beach is packed with rows and rows of chairs that need to be rented. When you haul down all your own chairs and umbrella there is no place to go unless you walk a long ways with all your stuff down the beach. We even got to the beach at 7:30 am one morning to get a spot and it was already jammed pack. Very disappointed in the beach here and love the clear water and sugary sand but couldn’t even enjoy it. We were all squeezed in between chairs and people like sardines. Talked to the staff on the beach regarding this and had a very rude response to our concerns.

Our family enjoyed our stay… the check-in /check-out processes were quick & easy We enjoyed the convenience and savings $$ of having 2 complimentary golf carts. The yard & pond were beautiful and the kids had fun fishing & catching turtles and frogs (no wild life was harmed 😂). Communication was A+….We got a very quick response from owner on a slight issue with the dryer. The kitchen was a bit small for our family but was sufficient and well-prepped with tons of dishes, pots & pans! Loved Beach Daze

We had a great stay at Beach Daze! The house was big enough for our family of 10. The location had easy access to the beach, the wharf with all the cute shops and restaurants, and a quick ride on one of the golf carts to the grocery store. The backyard outdoor area was nice for the kids to play and they were able to fish (catch and release) in the pond. The house had plenty of kitchen utensils to be able to cook there. All in all we didn’t have any complaints and would stay here again!

Great Visit!

This was our first trip to the area, and we so excited about our stay. Traci was wonderful and so responsive (I had lots of questions). The house is in a great location, we loved having the golf carts, it made it easy for getting around. The nearby beach was crowded (we went in June), but we were able to find a smaller beach about 10 minutes from the property, which fit our needs much better. Thank you for everything!

Fantastic Location and Amenities

The home was a perfect size for our 2 families, 7 total people. The location was terrific and the amenities available could not have been better. Access to 2 golf carts made the vacation for everyone. Having the ability to access restaurants, bars, shopping, and the beach by golf cart was truly amazing. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this home to anyone interested. The responsiveness of the property manager was very quick. Everything was greatly appreciated and we had a memorable stay.

Fun family spring break

We rented this home for spring break with my family, my brother’s family and our parents. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 6 kids. Kids loved the bunk room! It was a great location and the golf carts were perfect for our crew! Only issues we had were the kitchen circuits kept tripping and the microwave did not work for half of our trip. Also in the listing says there is a high chair but we could not find one. Outdoor furniture was unusable because the chairs were completely covered in bird droppings. Otherwise this unit had everything you could need. And location and communication were excellent . The area is perfect for young families. So much to do and easy to get to everything! Fun little trip!
