This condo was perfect, beautiful, clean, and roomy. The views are OUTSTANDING! The golf cart was so fun, and what a bonus! Don't think twice and book!

We were so excited to see it was available again and included a golf cart! Love the balcony on this unit, there's always a shady spot or sunny spot, so it's perfect. The beds are also comfortable. The pool is currently being demolished and a new one will be built. Our balcony overlooks the construction and we were afraid it might be noisy. It was but was also interesting to watch so we didn't mind! A golf cart in this community is a HUGE plus so we loved that. Can't wait to come back to this condo and see the new pool!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great stay. Everything we needed was in the condo. The.only negative comment I have is the Condensation Dryer. It’s horrible! We even had Maintenance look at it while there regarding the (Digital Thermostat) it had stopped blowing cool air - he said due to the WiFi had went down temporarily - the system works through it. But things like this happen, it was no big deal. Just wish the Dryer was better. Other than that, we give it a 5 ⭐️

Tired Kitchen with a great view.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was well located in the resort with a superior view of the beach. The pool was below average and under utilized compared to buildings adjacent to ours. We went next door to a friends unit to use the pool.However there were several factors that the owners should address. The ice machine broke requiring a maintenance call. They cut off its water but did not tell us leaving us with no ice for a Florida beach vacation. When we called they said they would supply us with bagged ice which never came. We gave up and bought our own for the month. The oven dials are so old there are no markings for heating levels on them which caused a meal to over cook and burn. Both the stove and refrigerator should be replaced immediately. The dryer is capable of drying only two towels at a time forcing laundry round the clock.Having a garage was a positive but I and two other guests had flat tires from nails left by contractors which required a new tire replacement and a tow at $300+. Golfing reservation system was terrible at best. Courses shut for 4 days due to a junior tournament. We left the resort 5 times to play because we could not arrange tee times. Other friends, 5 other couples, had the same issues. Golfing was the reason we chose the Resort.I would only recommend the unit if the appliances were upgraded. Especially on units being rented for a month or more. Drinking glasses are also a hodgepodge of plastic junk. A $100 investment would upgrade the kitchen immensely.Bottom line. We did not expect the Ritz. But monthly rentals should have quality appliances and dishes for those utilizing the kitchen often during their stay. Golf access was terrible. The golf cart was not used so no comment.
