Best place for family vacation

This property was perfect for our daughters and their families!! It was so nice to have enough room for the 11 of us! Our grands just loved it. The golf carts made it so easy for us to load the kids and go to the beach , pools , Baytown Marina and playgrounds!! We want to come back next year!!!!

Perfect Christmas trip!

From start to finish, this was a fabulous vacation rental. Communication with the property manager was very easy and always prompt. The house was the perfect size for our group and had everything we needed! The location was great, close to pool, and overflow parking when needed. Would absolutely stay again!

The house was very nice. It was actually much smaller than the pictures show, especially the bedrooms. The house was a little dark and dated, but that did not impact anything. The beds were not very comfortable, but having two golf carts was a game-changer! We loved it! Additionally, the back deck was a great place to be, both fun and relaxing. A beautiful view! You really can't say enough good about the amenities of San Destin! Such a wonderful place!!!

3rd time here. . . STILL a charm!

This was the third time we have stayed here for our annual family beach trip! This home sleeps all 12 of us comfortably. I especially like that all the adult members get a king size bed! We also really like the Laurel Grove neighborhood.

Family Vacation with 12 from Greatgrandmother of 82 to great-grans 3 years old

Loved the location to Baytown Warf, shopping, Beach, and Pools but everyone didn't get to take advantage everything at the same time since there were some cart issues. Even though we ask about # of cars that could be parked on site before booking were later told that was an issue. No one minded parking in the overflow parking area but the Security Guard could not or would not help with where that location was. He referred us to the owners/property managers for the location and they referred us back to the Security Guard. The house had plenty of room and had everything needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation was 99%! The ONLY reason it wasn't a 100%was due to an ant issue. The ants were in the kitchen. Maintenance came so fast and sprayed but they came back. We did not leave open food out etc. Trust me this was a not a deal breaker AT ALL. The house, location, beauty, golf carts were simply perfect!!! In fact, I would love to buy something in this area on a smaller scale. We had plenty of room for our family. Thank you to the owners of this house it was great

House was in good shape and enjoyed our stay. Only issue we had was the HOA fined us for where we parked but that’s not the fault of Beyond Blue Vacations.

Great house, lovely neighborhood

We stayed during Spring Break and had a great time. The home is in walking distance of a pool and is on a quiet street. The golf carts were a big bonus and a hit with the kids. Sandestin is beautiful and this home didn’t disappoint. I personally enjoyed all check in and correspondence being done thru an app-we just drove straight to the property and walked right in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great for multiple families, especially the dual golf carts! Sandestin is lovely and this house is great to enjoy all of Sandestin. Two (2) master suites make it great for multiple famlies. Plenty of sleeping space. Only things that could be improved is the kitchen was adequately stocked, but nothing was spectacular (no spices so bring your own salt and pepper). Also, the internet was inconsistent and not very fast so if you plan on working from there, bring a hotspot.
