On our first morning only one person out of our group of 4 people were able to shower as the tub would not drain. I complained to the guy at the front desk who told me he called the manager and the handyman and they didn’t call him back yet.On the second morning I was told that the handyman only works weekends and would come up. Turns out there was no handyman on premises at all. They just kept lying to me. Finally a girl at the desk named Jodie was helpful and gave us a different room. I would never stay here again.

Guest beware they gave us a master key for our room that allows access to everyone's room. They were very aware bc that rooms lock is only way. We checked out early due to this bc no telling if other guest had key to our room. This is very dangerous. Thank God we are honest ppl bc someone could rob & harm guest. There was several issues but all in safety is big for my girls & I. Never again. Front desk Tracy rudest CS I ever seen.

This hotel was conveniently located, but I was not at all pleased with the property. The hotel lacked cleanliness all around. I felt like it was below standard. The room that was assigned to is was not cleaned upon check-in and when I asked for another, that one wasn’t much better. We were only staying there one night, so we just stuck it out. I would not stay at this property again.

The room had a lot of imperfections. You can tell where certain parts in the wall had been patched. I booked a room with a king size bed but the bed looked more like a queen size. Not only that checkout is at 11. A house maid came and knocked on the door and was like open up. Then she was like I thought y’all were gone. Isn’t that the reason you check out, so they can come and clean your room.

Nice hotel, I have stayed here a few times...the elevator is working, fyi....the front desk guy was really welcoming...I think his name started was D or M...he wears glasses....Breakfast was setup nice and clean....not sure why the reviews are scoring low but for the price "I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS"....seem like other reviews are expecting the Ritz but check it out for yourself

The rooms was clean, but when we needed towels and wash cloth, housekeeper told us to get them and take to room ourselves and to put the used towels at the door outside, i was on my vacation, plus im a nurse not work in housekeeping. She told us she was too busy to take towels to my room. I didnt appreciate that at all.
