Awesome!

We loved the location and entertainment on site. The pool and grounds are beautiful. Make sure you 1 bring extra towels 2 bring a counter top ice maker 3 make reservations for Slick Lips because they fill up! Definitely try the bread pudding. Don’t waste time on the Village Door. Yaki and Landshark were good also There is only one handicap spot by the entry to the building… so you may have to drop off some family members. The garage is EXTREMELY tight parking spaces and hard to navigate with mobility restrictions

We absolutely loved the condo at Pilot House! It had all the comforts of home. It is also located literally steps away from several restaurants, shops and many kid activities. We will be staying here again!

Fun Weekend Stay

This is a cute little property in a fantastic and quiet location. Right at the entrance of Baytowne and we never had to move our car. Took the tram to the beach and that was so easy and the drivers were very friendly. The room is really only large enough for three adults. Four adults would be too tight. Bed was very comfortable but pillows were like flat pancakes. Unit was clean and quiet! We had a pretty wooded view. Oh the water pressure was pretty terrible. Other than that no complaints at all! Great for a long weekend!

We booked a room for 4 adults. The room was so small and we don’t have enough room ki sleep. I have reached to customer service and they also didn’t help me. I’m really upset with this..

Such a cute studio

It was a very cute studio, we had 4 people and it worked perfectly for us. It is very quiet and we slept great! The pool and hot tub was perfect! You have everything you need at this place. Swimming, shopping, Park, and many restaurants to choose from!

Everything you need and more

Wow, I’ve stayed in a few places with in the Destin area. I have to say this was one of the best places to stay in. The price was fantastic. Everything we needed was just a few steps away from the condo. We have already figured out the dates for the next trip and will book this until again. Thank you for offering such a wonderful place to call Home away from home.

Clean. Convenient. Balcony overlooks street. Good H/A system. Great TV. Comfortable bed. Couch tired but clean. Bath tub and shower. Clean smell. Lighting is adequate. Would consider renting again.

Don’t go when there is construction. If your told construction starts on a certain date add 2-3weeks prior and post of that date as a buffer. You would have more peace at home.

Small but quaint beach condo

This was a really nice condo! Perfect size for just 1-2. It could have been a tad cleaner, but I’m also just a major clean freak. The code they gave me for the parking garage did not work so I had to park on the main floor of the parking garage which was public parking so it was very crowded. That was my only major complaint. Baytown Wharf is such a nice area with so much to do on site! Overall, I enjoyed my stay here!
