Beach Getaway

This is the perfect oasis for a trip to the beach. The community is quiet and so close to the beach and close to a lot of amenities. Shops and food that are close by that doesn’t require you to get back on the parkway. Very clean and very spacious place to stay.

This townhome was so cozy and spacious for our family vacation. The community is in a great location, it’s safe, and the home itself was the icing on the cake. My family and I already are talking about coming back again.

The home had all needed appliances and utensils needed and having the pool in the backyard was a great plus! There were small repairs that were needed and Vacasa took care of them.

A home away from home

I loved our stay. Our arrival was easy to find and everything at reach from beaches to restaurants and shopping centers. I will definitely stay here again. At first I was skeptical about staying at this new listing but I’m glad I gave it a chance because it was everything I expected and more. When you first arrive you check with security so that eliminates just randoms roaming around the neighborhood. You can walk to the beach about a 20 to 15 min walk. Pool is directly behind our stay made it very easy to access. House was clean and spacious. I have no negative comments to make about the stay. They provide you with all the information and things you need to.

Great condo close to the beach and pool.

This condo unit was great for our two families (4 adults and 4 kids), and we would definitely stay here again! The location was a quick walk to the beach (less than 10 minutes) and the pool is right out the back door. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us - very nice having two floors. All of the beds were comfy and the kids loved the big bunk beds. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishware and everything you need to cook. Just be aware that there are no pantry items. Only 1 package of soap for the dishwasher was provided. And I don't think we were given anything for the washer or dryer. Having those available was really nice though with all of the towels and swim suits - just bring your own laundry soap. There was hand soap in the bathrooms and enough towels (after washing some of them while we were there). It would have been nice if some beach things were provided for use such as a wagon, chairs, sand toys, etc., but we had our own. The beach was very crowded while we were there, but the pool was almost always empty and we used it a lot. Loved having that so close to the unit. The screened porches were also really nice to have. We did have a problem with some of the electrical outlets while there and the service to respond to the problem by Vacasa and the local team was slow, but they did eventually respond. That was really our only complaint. Even with that, if we ever come to this area again, we would consider staying here.

Beautiful place, horrid smell, rude customer service

Two stars for a beautiful, well-appointed townhouse near a fabulous resort. There was a horrid smell emanating from a bathroom but unreachable-from the plumbing. We masked it as well as possible. The propane for the grill was near empty and customer service told me it would not be replaced until it was empty. I offered to help but they responded rudely. So, I could cook a meal half way through and then run out of gas and ruin my food. This was hilarious to customer service. Regardless of what you may read in an ad or brochure, there are NO Sandestin resort amenities included in this rental. But, very pretty and well-stocked place.
