Great Family Week!

We were a family of 20, there for a vacation week and a wedding. This house is wonderful! Even better than the pictures! Plenty of room for everyone. Very accommodating for couples, with seven king bedrooms. The kids loved the bunk rooms. There were a few maintenance issues, but the maintenance team was efficient and responsive.

Perfection

Our family came on this vacation with adults, teens and kids and we all loved this beautiful home. The house is right on the beach with its own boardwalk and was spotlessly clean and even more beautiful than the pictures. We loved everything about the home and location and have already recommended it to friends.

Beach Getaway

This house is perfect for a large group. We had 22 family members from 6 to 75. Plenty of beds and different bedroom settings. One other thing we look for is plenty of seating for large crowd in Den and Dining areas. Everybody had a seat. Wonderful place to spend your time directly on the beach

AMAZING HOUSE

This house is incredible. It’s new with a great layout and beautiful furnishings. It was perfect for our large group. It’s also on private beach which was a huge plus. The management team was very responsive and quick to address the minor issues we did have. This house is a treasure, the pictures don’t do it justice. Can’t wait to book it again for next year.

We just wrapped up a family reunion at 360 Blue’s 10-bedroom, 10-bath beachfront home on Gulf Street, and if you’re planning a large-group escape to Miramar Beach, this is a top pick. It’s on the sugar-white sands and Gulf waters, this 10,000 sq ft property is more like a private resort with living areas, a chef’s kitchen with Sub-Zero appliances, and space for 20.That said, we’re easing it down to 4 stars because of a few overlooked extras that added unexpected costs and skimpy starting supplies, which felt stingy for a property this upscale and forced us to run out for basics mid-trip. The hot tub was useless because it wasn’t heated unless you were willing to pay extra, which killed the resort vibe we were expecting. Plus, with 20 of us hammering the kitchen, we burned through the single trash bag per can and two half-rolls of paper towels after just the first day, and the two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom weren’t much better—no Kleenex tissue at all. It shouldn’t fall on guests to buy the essentials or pony up more for core amenities when you’re already shelling out for a luxury rental like this.All in all, 360 Blue delivers 5-star luxury and layout in spades, with only those nickel-and-dime surprises holding it back. For multi-gen get-togethers or milestone bashes, it’s unbeatable—but we’d think twice about rebooking because of the amenities that should have been included. Book it for your crew if you’re okay with the fine print; just know what you’re in for!

The work retreat of dreams

The house was exactly as described and as beautiful as we hoped. A couple very minor issues with appliances but the staff were very responsive and helpful. A couple of helpful suggestions that would have made our stay even better:-Directions for the house speakers-A broom to help sweep up the beach dust that travels in-A few house staples like salt and pepper, cooking spray, aluminum foil, trash bags, or sugar would have made all the difference.in the kitchenIf we ever make it back to Destin for our work retreat, we will be looking for this place again.

50th Birthday on The Beach

I booked this property for my client who was celebrating her 50th birthday. The home was the perfect size to host her close family members.
