Wonderful property

Beautiful condo with everything you need! Loved having the golf cart to be able to get to all the fun things you can do in Sandestin, including the beautiful beach! Check-in was a breeze, and the property manager got back to us any time we had a question. Great vacation!

Great place!!!

The property is amazing! The golf cart is a must have here. You are so close to the beach and the pool and restaurants. The condo was clean and very nice. I would recommend switching to cotton sheets on the beds or bring your own b/c polyester sheets are way to hot. Personal preference though not a make or break for my stay.

Great Vacation

This is a very nice property in the Sandestin Golf and Beach resort. We stay in a different condo each year and this was one of our favorites. Our only complaint was a slight odor that lingered on our clothes even after we got home. It’s hard to describe but it was there. Other than that it was very clean and a great location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Beachwalk Villa 5071 far surpassed our expectations. The property was well maintained. We loved having the golf cart to get around the property including Publix! That made shopping fun! Vacation Haven was very easy to work with. Any issue(there were just a few)was promptly addressed and taken care of. The catch and release fishing was very popular! We especially liked eating at the Beach House and the Village Door. But we loved having the grill and dinner on the patio was always special! We loved everyday of our stay!

We are seniors and cannot sit on the low beach chairs that were at the rental. We would like to have had some high chairs that take us up off the sand.2. We did experience a few cockroach sightings inside the rental, which was a big negative for us.We have committed to renting this same unit for January & February 2025 and trust that these issues can be addressed.

Awesome Clean Beautiful Destin Townhouse.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this place. Great location and the unit was so very clean and comfortable.My only problem was that I arrived in Destin around 10am & tried to kill as much time as possible but by 1pm - I wanted to check in. The unit was vacant for 3 days prior to my arrival & it was empty & yet they still did not let me get in till 4pm ( thought that was not cool & not very accommodating considering how much it cost me.) Also we had some trouble with the upstairs TV Streaming. Was not able to really watch TV upstairs for a few days. I called them on day 3 after suffering with upstairs TV & they came & fixed it immediately.I give this unit 4.3 Stars & I would give it 5+++ stars if they let me check in a few hours early & had the upstairs TV working good. The downstairs TV was perfect all the time.Still the place was so clean, Golf Cart was awesome & the Kitchen was fully packed with great cooking gear.

Reviewer Comments: My family and I recently stayed at one of My Vacation Haven's Beachwalk Villas Condos for the third year in a row.Dealing with My Vacation Haven has always been very easy and I have never had an issue with any of the properties we have stayed at. Unit 5071 is very nicely decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. Everyone one of the 4 members of my family had plenty of room to get cozy when we needed a rest. The golf cart was well taken care of as well. If I had a single complaint it would be that the cart seems to have some sort of speed control set on it which is slower than I would have liked. Again, not a complaint as it is not my property but it was slower than carts I have had the privilege of using in the past. We stay in Sandestin every year at the end of September and thanks to my vacation haven and properties like "here comes the sun" we will definitely be back next year, God willing! Thank you to the owners and My Vacation Haven for another great vacation!

Convenient Location. Beautiful Interior. Missing a few essentials

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Highlights - The interior, design, layout, and decor in this unit are VERY nice. The downstairs flows perfectly for a family of four. Our two kids were able to sit at the kitchen bar or on the couch while we prepared meals, and nothing was out of reach. The bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs are spacious - the guest bedroom was designed intelligently. The two bunk beds are equipped with reading lights and electrical outlets. The master bedroom is very spacious, and the shower is very nice. The unit is a two minute walk to the pool, or a three minutes golf cart ride to the beach. Baytown is around a five minute golf cart ride. The only challenge/surprise we had was the lack of some basic items in the kitchen - the was no pepper, basic spices, or a few coffee pods to get us started. This was the first vacation rental in the last three years we’ve experienced this with. Conclusion - we would definitely rent this property again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year at Here Comes the Sun! We love the location of this unit, easily accessible to the Gulf or the Bay side. Wonderful sunsets, bird watching and bass fishing was successful this year!! Home is furnished well with all needed kitchen equipment. Vacation Haven is wonderful to work with. If there is any issue(and we had very few), they were on it immediately. Highly recommend Beachwalk Villa 5071!

Don’t pass on this one!

We really enjoyed this townhome! Likes: ease of access to pool and beach, nice thick towels and wash cloths, comfortable beds, extra pillows and blankets, nice stocked kitchen, gas grill with plenty of propane, use of the golf cart which made getting around the resort super easy. Dislikes: nothing at all! We would absolutely recommend this rental for families.

Very nice!!

Condo was very nice! Had all conveniences of home. Golf cart was added bonus! We could ride to restaurants without getting in car. Would definitely stay again
