Could've been more kept up.

Floors black, sand bathroom floor, sliding door handle broken, screen on bedroom slider torn electrical short in both bedroom plugs behind beds and no covee on one, bowls dirty. Otherwise it was GREAT! Loved the view.

we have stayed twice in this unit and like it. It is adequately furnished and attractive. The process to rent flowed nicely. A few suggestions we have, would be to update kitchen items; dishes (majority had large cracks running through them), maybe some better pots and pan selections. My adult children did complain about the mattresses in the guest room as very uncomfortable, particularly the upper bed. The floors were a little sandy, especially in master closet (of which was left not picked up and messy), walking around in barefeet left bottoms of feet black, not sure floor has been mopped well in a while. Overall, we like the unit and would rent again. Thank you.

Unit and host wonderful, building facilities subpar, beach access is not ideal

The host was quick to reply and kind. The pics listed are exact. Clear info for check in, which was seamless. Room was clean. PROS: location of unit on the second floor for quick stair access, centrally located, overlooked pool and stairs to the beach. ice cream shop right below us. large balcony to store our beach items each night. Overall the host and unit itself are what kept this a 5 star review. Feedback to the host, sliding door handle on backwards and screws sticking out. Dryer took FOREVER, kitchen, needs more basics like bowls, pans etc. second bedroom lacked a dresser, hard to organize clothes, I brought stackable bins from amazon to keep things organized. Clothes rack avail but no hangers. I saw prev review for lack of outlets, we brought our own 25 foot surge protectors. CONS- not the fault of host, the building needed some cleaning and felt a little rundown. Also having to cross the busy street with kids was not ideal and for that reason alone we would not return to majestic Sun. Last Tip- pay the money and rent the large umbrella and chairs for the week! I have pics to post and hopefully can come back to add them after submitting this.
