Place just as described

Everything was just as described. Great location. Could get to several restaurants, shops and grocery store by golf cart; also very convenient to load up golf cart and get to the beach!

Great multi family house!

We stayed with a total of 3 families for a baseball tournament and it was absolutely perfect!! So clean, great location, exactly as listed and great service. We had a small problem with the grill and within an hour the owner was at the house and had it fixed! We will definitely book again!!

Family Vacay

Our stay was great. We had a few questions upon arrival, but all were answered immediately by onsite staff. Plenty of room for our big crew. Only downfall we had was that we lost a bed due to a broken boxspring, but it was easily resurrected with one of the two extra beds that were available in the house. Love the quick walk to the beach, and the pool was so nice for our family.

Great place to stay!

Tons and space and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking a meal, the beds were comfy, there were plenty of linens and supplies, and the golf cart was great for a quick trip to the public access beaches. One recommendation would be to replace the two chairs with ottomans in the living room that were stained and not very comfortable.

Beautiful home

Our stay in this home was great., The house was clean, the yard private, golf cart helped us get to and from the ocean. If I had to find anything negative,, maybe more towels,,and living room chairs were hard to sit in. But I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Christmas in Destin

One hour before our arrival I received a call that the heat was not work on the main floor, but parts had been ordered and should be fixed the next day. However, the next day I was told that it would be the end of the week before it could be fixed due to the Christmas holiday. We arrived on a Sunday and it was Thursday before the issue was fixed, which was the majority of our time there since we were leaving Sunday morning. As a result, the kids were not able to utilize that floor since it so cold. We were told the property manager would consider compensation, but conveniently forgot to call us back. We paid a lot for our family of 8 to stay there and expected to have proper heating and air conditioning. It was disappointing.

Great House / Location for our Family

The house was clean, modern, spacious, and well appointed. Simple things like a dual K-cup/drip coffee maker, plenty of kitchen utensils that were newer or well maintained, two sets of washer/dryer (1st and 3rd floor), and comfortable / plentiful seating in both the enclosed outdoor patio and the main living area. It is obvious that an owner uses this property and has it set up the way they would want it for themselves. The included golf cart is a must with a bit of a walk to the public beach access and the beach items like chairs and equipment trolleys were much appreciated. We stay in Miramar every year around the same time and this is one of the best properties we’ve experienced in the last 5 years.
