Great place

Overall, a great property. Only real complaint was the cleanliness of a few things: we felt the need to clean the outside grill, a few of the pillows had stains on them, and our feet would turn black with dirt when walking around barefoot. Propane tank was empty when we got there, contacted the property manager and they refilled it swiftly.

The only problem I had was with the outdoor table, it had no umbrella and could not utilize because of the sun and heat. I did call and ask about the umbrella, and was told the table had enough shade from it's surroundings.

Room to spread out!

I live 5 minutes away but needed more space for my family that were visiting over Christmas. The place was very clean and communication with the manager was easy. Only two things worth mentioning was my sister stayed in the guest room and noticed a few spots on one of the pillows that had mold looking stains. We used the BBQ for steaks one night and it obviously hadn't been cleaned with a lot of grease sitting at the bottom because our food went up in flames! We didnt use it after that. Overall a really great stay and recommend!

Beautiful home. Great location.

We had a good experience as a friend group. Very clean home, great location, firm mattresses. Smart tv’s in every room. Coffee pot is a regular one- not kuerig. It says in the listing that they offer limited supplies and they mean it. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a very small soap and shampoo. The store is close by luckily so we bought tinfoil, dish soap, dish sponge, Clorox cleaner for the kitchen and coffee filters. Likely the listing is fairly new and that’s why there isn’t much there. They have plenty of kitchenware but could benefit from a can opener and a meat thermometer. The location is close to the beach- maybe a 1/4 mile walk. We drove and it took 2 minutes max. The management company responds quickly to questions and was accommodating.

Super clean place, very spacious, quiet neighborhood. Only down fall is it’s not close to the beach.

It was very easy to rent. Did not meet with anyone. Everything was done online or text. I really like that. We use the code to get it, no need for a key! Perfect
