Guest Agreement and Community Guidelines:
Minimum age requirement: primary guest must be 25 years of age or older to book and occupy the property, per Villa Lago HOA rules
Signed rental agreement required: after booking, we will request your email to send a Coastline Condos rental agreement. This must be signed before arrival. Entry codes will not be provided until this step is complete
Noise awareness: please respect posted quiet hours
Rates and promotions: all rates, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Promotions may be modified or discontinued at Coastline Condos discretion
No smoking: smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home or anywhere on the property
HOA fines: guests are responsible for any fines assessed for trash, parking, or community rule violations
