Moms and Daughters Get Away

This property was so spacious and walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed having a room and bathroom for each family. We loved having beach chairs to take to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

The Driftwood property was very nice! It was within walking distance of the beach. Had plenty of beds and bathrooms for a big family group. We had a full kitchen which was great for meals. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend!

Plenty of rooms for all with enough beds and bath rooms for all. Only drawback there were way too many stairs to have to climb to get to the kitchen and living room.

I can not say enough good things about this property. We had 10 family members and this space did not disappoint. Close to the beach, big rooms, kitchen with all you can need. Would recommend to all.

Great Location

Location, location, location. We enjoyed our stay at Seaside Villa. We found the property clean and orderly when we arrived and left it in the same condition. We rented a golf cart and rode around to all the shopping centers & restaurants. Certainly we would stay at this property again and will consider it next year.

Awesome Florida Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family of 9. The beach was within easy walking distance. We did, however, rent a golf cart which was great for carrying beach stuff back and forth.

Good location

Location was good within 5 mins of the beach. Property could have been cleaner - bathroom, beds, floors. Kids bedroom downstairs is an odd location since it was near the door and it just did not feel quite safe. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Girls’ Trip

This property was perfect for our girls trip! It was clean with plenty of bedrooms and towels. The garage was nice to be able to leave our beach items each day, and the beach cart and chairs provided were a huge bonus! The only improvement that we felt needed would be a dead bolt lock on the back door in the bunk room and some blinds for the same door.

Destination wedding

Rented this townhouse for a lot of family and friends for my daughter’s wedding. The location is just ok- you need a golf cart to get around or a vehicle. We had both to make it easier. The house was decorated nice updated and clean. The only problem we had was if everyone is taking showers you run out of hot water, the ice maker never made ice and the tv in living room is crooked but other than that it is a lovely place for a large group. And needs a updated coffee maker with a timer to set for morning coffee.

Beautiful home

We stayed here during the week of Christmas. The check in process was very easy. The house was very clean and accommodating. Had most of the items needed to feel like home. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. It was great tor each of our adult kids to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The grounds are clean and well-kept. Close to the beach. We were happy with our stay and would stay here again.

Great location & beautiful home.

The booking was super easy as well as the check in. Our stay was very enjoyable, the house looks new and clean. Linens and towels were so clean and smelled sooo good. The house smells so pleasant that we commented that the first night. The wagon with beach chairs was very convenient, thank you for thinking of that. The only thing I didn't love was the queen bed in the 3rd floor and the fact that we could hear the ceiling fan from the bedroom below us. I would recommend this property and I would consider it for our next vacation.

Golf vacation

Very nice accommodations. There were four of us adult golfers, so we each had our own bedroom and bathroom, although one of the bedrooms is outfitted with bunk beds. It worked. Be aware that there are eighteen steps to climb to get from the entryway to the main (kitchen, living room) floor, and a similar flight of steps to get to the third floor bedrooms (2). The unit was clean and well equipped for preparing meals, which we did on a couple of nights. The only item that was on our wishlist was that there are two tub/shower combos that could each use a grab bar for when stepping in and out of the tub. We would definitely stay there again.
