We always stay at the tops’l and enjoy our stay! The home met out needs. The view is always the best part Only thing I can complain about is we had to wait an hour to check in after we received our check in time via text. Was very frustrating after driving 12 hours with two small kids

The condo was clean, I know is the beach and there will be sand but I took my shoes off when I got in and there was sand in the rug by the door and on the floor, also, the counters were dirty.. other than that, the condo was clean. Also, the pantry was locked, all of our groceries were on the counter which I was not happy about that. I will be renting a different condo next year.

This is a nice location for visiting Destin and the Seaside area. Easy access to beach and nice amenities like pickleball courts. Make sure to bring your own beach towels, hand soap and blanket but a very cute space!

This place is awesome. It’s thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, with little things that travelers and beach/goers would want. The resort is awesome with 2 pools, a snack hit by the pool, and incredible beaches. They filled in the hot tub, so take note that is not on the property any longer!

Our stayed started off with early check in. I know that’s not always the case with most places, but we were delighted. The condo was clean, the view was perfect! Everything about our stay was everything we needed and imagined. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathrooms are super nice and owners stayed in contact with us and responded quickly with whenever we reached out. I can’t wait to book this condo again.

We had a lovely time. Everything was clean and well stocked. The room was quiet and perfect for people that want to rest and relax. The only thing I would mention that wasn’t great was the pull out bed. It was very uncomfortable even for my 12 yr old.

We have been staying at the tides every year for a long time and the unit was just as expected, clean, comfortable and with excellent views. The grounds are well maintained and the staff are friendly and professional. The only problem we had was the tv in the living room didn’t seem to be connected. Everything else worked great! Be back next year!

This resort is beautiful! The vaca said staff was very helpful and kind, the unit was super clean and beautifully decorated. The view was stunning! Definitely will be back!
