Multiple little things wrong that need attention, fan in lower bedroom wont work. Mold in master shower, closet doors coming off track, hole in wall in queen bedroom

Solid Choice

Communication, check-in and the location were10/10. The property is located steps from the pool/hot tub/gym. The beach was a quick walk away. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, serving bowls, crock pot, blender, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, pots, pans and knives. The freezer has an ice maker. This house would be great for more than one family. Overall, it was great stay. There were a few things that I wish could have been better. The top room with the bunk beds was very warm (In April). An additional fan for this room would have been nice. We did find one in the closet but it was broken. The front bedroom on the middle floor had no way to control the light/ceiling fan. The remote didn’t work, even with a change of batteries. There were two small bedside lamps in that room and only one had a lightbulb that wasn’t burned out. This room also had a pull out couch but zero bedding in this home for this bed. In the connecting bathroom to this bedroom, there was not a single towel hook or towel bar. There wasn’t even a toilet paper holder. The property came with two trash bags for a 12 person house for a week’s stay. I feel like one trash bag per day would have been fair. If you're staying for more than a couple days, bring/buy trash bags. You'll need to bring/buy everything you need to cook like oil/salt/pepper. The home has a dishwasher but you're only provided two pods so that would be something else you will need to bring/buy.

Perfect house for our group

This house was perfect for our group! We had pool access and the walk to the beach was not far. It was close to lots of different activities such as crab island, deep sea fishing, shopping, and restaurants. We would visit again!

Great Week in Paradise

Our family spent the entire week here and it was wonderful! The house inside was beautiful and clean. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything, making it easy to cook and prepare meals for lots of people. The outside of the house needs cleaned up and the beach wagon with toys was in very rough shape. The community pool was heated and PERFECT for our family with kids. I highly recommend this place!!

Close to pool/ each

We had a great stay for Thanksgiving week. The house is as described and accommodated our family/friends nicely. Things that would be helpful to know before arriving: this kitchen has nothing but dinnerware. No salt/pepper/coffee filters. There are not extras of anything. You are proved a box for each bathroom and the kitchen and that is it. No cleaning supplies either. Only 2 trash bags for the kitchen can are provided. There is ample cookware, but the silverware is no longer a set and there are only 4 drinking glasses for a home that sleeps over 10 people. The owner/management needs to repair the downstairs bedroom door blinds. They are completely broken and does not provide any privacy. Given that the is on the main floor, anyone can look inside directly to the bed. It’s a little unnerving at night. This might seem like a negative post but overall our stay was great. You walk right out the back door to the pool/hot tub area and the beach is just a short walk. The house is in a great location to shops and restaurants. We would stay again and bring the items we now know we need.

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful. Only down sides were blinds were broken in first floor bedroom. The house echoes very badly. You can hear everything no matter what floor you are on. Could use throw rugs to help with the sound.

Nice house close to beach

Stayed for a week for a tournament. We were playing in in the area. House was nice but there definitely were some things that needed to be fixed and or updated. We noted that this things have been listed in prior reviews and still had not been updated by the time we got there. Contacted the property manager they said they would address it. Time will tell. Overall great location nice house plenty of room and had almost everything we needed.

Family Time

The place and location is good the host was great. Only couple things are the blind in the rear room are broken and the top balcony is missing couple rail. So I didn't let my nephew go out

Nice Home- Could use some TLC

This home is in a good location with being so close to the community pool and a short walk to the beach. There is plenty of space to have a large amount of people in the home and not feel crowded. That being said, it could use some work! Almost all of the blinds in the home are broken and in need of repair, there are faucet handles and other fixed items in the home that are broken/falling off the wall. For the amount of people that can stay in the home there is not enough blankets and pillows. The patio furniture on the outdoor patios is rusted and in pretty rough shape. There is a wagon with beach toys but the wagon is rusted out and broken. We really enjoyed are stay in Destin, the private beach is amazing and with just a little TLC this could be a perfect home to stay at!

Good with a few issues

The property management company was very responsive both in advance of and during the stay I did have an issue with the fact that there were still some roaches in the unit. They did send someone out to spray but I still found a stray one here or there throughout our stay. I had spoken with the property management company several times in advance about some concerns in some of the previous reviews and was assured that all would be remediated. The roach issue was first and foremost and while it was not an infestation, I do believe that more serious remediation should have been utilized. The blinds in the main floor master bedroom were broken per a previous review and the floors could have been much cleaner. I mopped the main floor multiple times the first day or two. All in all we had a great vacation but I think that a little more personal attention and reaction to guest reviews would make this property excellent as opposed to only okay.

Christmas Vacation 2022

My family & I enjoyed our week long stay for Christmas. The property manager was friendly & prompt communication when we had a problem. There were a couple of issues but nothing that couldn't be fixed. Thanks again & have a wonderful New Year.

Roaches everywhere

I realize this is a rental property but man.. We stayed here for about 4 nights and on the second night noticed that there were roaches on the fridge. Then we started noticing them everywhere including the kitchen counters and all the bathrooms. The floors were so dirty we had to buy a broom and swiffer to clean it up a little. We personally cleaned the floors nightly in the hopes to keep it clean. There is mold in the shower and a massive hole in the wall on the second floor bathroom. I contacted the company and they asked for pictures of the roaches so I sent them over. No one once called as a courtesy. Someone showed up mid day two days later to spray “poison”… in the kitchen… no heads up, nothing. It was absolutely disgusting. We traveled with an 9 month old and every night had to stuff all his food and bottles in the fridge to make sure roaches aren’t crawling on it or our food. There were beer cans on the balcony. The only positive I would have about this space is it’s proximity to the beach. Otherwise, It was a terrible experience and if you’re going to spend thousands to stay somewhere, do it elsewhere.

Family vacation 2022

Everything was excellent except the 2nd floor master shower had black mold on ceiling. That should be cleaned. The blinds in downstairs master bedroom door going outside were broken. Otherwise, everything else was great. Enjoyed having bunk room for all my grandchildren. They enjoyed being together. Enjoyed being very close to one of the pools. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway

My family of 9 had a wonderful stay. The pool is literally right outside the back door, a short 5 min walk to the private beach, restaurants shops nearby. The home was very clean and had everything we needed to make our thanksgiving vacation perfect. Will definitely be back.
