Very spacious and relaxing.

I absolutely adored it, it was simple yet cute . The washer being in the garage was very convenient and having multiple bathrooms with little ones was a plus.

Property was exactly as listed. We were beyond happy with our stay and the location of the beach not to mention there is a outlet mall within walking distance as well. The townhouse is very spacious.

This property was perfect for easy beach access and getting around Destin in general. The condo was roomy, clean and had all we needed. Only thing missing what there was only 1 television.

Not a romantic getaway

I didn't realize that the "townhouse" was connected to several other units when we booked. It felt more like a condo than an individual unit/house. Immediately on arrival we thought we were in the wrong place. The surrounding units appeared to be lived in and not very well kept. When we walked into the unit for the first time it was disappointing to see that you could not set the air set below 70⁰. The rooms are upstairs & it was difficult to cool. We closed the vents in the lower floors in attempt to get the top floor to a comfortable temperature. The ceiling fan did not work one night, although, they did respond to fix it immediately. I believe the remotes may be connected to neighboring units though, because the lights would switch on and off at random times when we were sleeping. We could hear everything through the walls of said neighboring units. There is also the issue of cleanliness. One of the pillows on the bed had a brown stain on the back of it. I sent a picture of it during the stay to notify, but got no response about it. There were dirty dishes/drinking glasses in the cabinet. The coffee table outside on the patio had coffee/tea/ something spilled on it. The patio door lock was broken. It felt more like we were staying at a cheap motel than a VRBO. You can tell that it is run by a management company versus an individual. More appropriate for a small family or group of friends instead of a quiet couples getaway.
