“Great area, family loved the house kids loved the pool ! The only thing that made me put 4 stars is the house can use a little more maintenance it was semi clean nothing that the family minded it was really the pool we had to clean the pool because there was cigarette ends but overall absolutely easy and fun. I’d definitely stay here again and one of the best and biggest plus was the linen closet ! So glad we had more than enough towels for our ginormous family.”

“One of the reasons that I wanted to get this place was because of the backyard. But when we got there, it was dirty. The table and the chairs and the grill were filled with spiderwebs. There was no way I was going to use that. Also, it’s like a double property rental. There’s a house behind it and there’s a gate that separates the two houses. At one point, there was a man standing right outside of the kitchen window, which really freaked me out. The communication with the host was not terrible,……

“Incredible host and property. The photos do not do this place justice; it was immaculate and spectacular. Host communication was top notch leading up to and during the trip. We will absolutely be booking this property again for future visits to LA!”

“The Anzio house was nice and large enough for our family gathering of 15 persons. The patio and tennis court were very beautiful. However, the house has some items that should be fixed, such as:there is a window in the shower of a bedroom on the left side of the house. The wood trim of this window is severely rotted and very disgusting. It’s clear that this window should have been replaced years ago.The two small bedrooms near the laundry room have double beds though these bedrooms were……

“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience with agent , great communication, easy to book. House was in a terrific location and had lots of usable space. However , it was dirty and worn out and everything g was broken or worn out”
