"The property was very clean, great area and decorated lovely! We didn't spend much time there other than to sleep but the bed was cozy and it felt very homey! The bathroom was sparkling clean. It was perfect for our quick trip to KC for a Sporting game. The host was extremely kind and very responsive! We would stay there again!"

"The entry stairs are steep and could use a railing on one of the sides as it's a little precarious as is. There were 2 days where a couple windows were open when we returned in the evening. Once we locked them there were no further issues. Owner was surprised by this. Also the area that the duplex is in has an extremely busy auto/parking issue and thus the street access is very narrow. Not much can be down about this but it should be address by the owner to potential renters."

We ended up not staying at Grandma B’s after my husband said the smell in our house was ok for us to come home, but we did go inside before we got the call from my husband and it looked very clean!"

Much of the interior is original from 1910-staircases etc..and is beautiful. Rooftop space faces South and the view is really cool. Huge kitchen table that seats at least 12.
