Downtown-Modern Urban Oasis

Experience luxury in this newly remodeled condo with upscale modern finishes. Vaulted ceilings and chic décor complement the prime location and contemporary style. Natural light floods in through floor-to-ceiling windows equipped with motorized blackout shades, offering stunning views of the City, the Clark Fork River, and Lolo Peak!

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en suite custom bathroom with a walk-in tile shower and double sinks, complete with a towel warmer. French doors lead to a faux balcony, creating the perfect breezeway during Montana’s summer months, complemented by new blinds throughout.

The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and modern decor, with another faux balcony accessed through French doors for a refreshing breeze from both rooms!

The condo also boasts brand-new stainless-steel LG appliances, a 75” LG LED flat-screen TV, wireless internet, and an Echo Dot.

This rental provides everything you need for your stay. It is located in the heart of town and you can walk every where. Because it is centrally located, there is a bit of traffic noise so if you are sensitive to that, a set of ear plugs solves the problem. Lots of great hikes within a short drive, and blue ribbon trout streams super close. Highly recommend this rental.

Our Missoula Retreat

The check in was a breeze with all info provided. Kitchen facilities were excellent, Wi-Fi instructions were easily accessible and connectable. It was nice having a reserved parking spot in downtown. And it was wonderful being within walking distance of so many good restaurants and shopping!

Missoula Swim Meet Stay

The Downtown-Modern Urban Oasis totally lived up to the hype. The property is tastefully decorated and modern with all the amenities you could want. My son and I were in town for an outdoor swim meet that had very cold and wet weather, so the property really was an oasis of warmth and comfort for us at the end of each day. Hope to stay there again next year!

This place will wow you the minute you enter the front door. Spacious and airy, modern but with such a warm, homelike appeal. We had everything we needed for cooking, plus a lot of extras. Made School Drop Off So Much Easier

We rented this unit as a base for dropping off our son at the university. It was so nice to each have our own space and be walking/biking distance of so much. He biked to school to check out campus and hike the "M," and we walked to various coffee shops and restaurants. Parking was a breeze, and the huge windows provided the best stage for the awesome weather. We would absolutely rent this unit on a return trip. Thanks so much for making our trip that much better.
