「the bed is not very clean」

「原本打算去爬山, 但雪山要5月30號才開, 結果只在湖邊住了一晚, 但這個湖實在太漂亮, 早上圍住湖跑了一個圈, 大約需要20分鐘 住這個酒店, 就是要享受大自然 酒店的餐廳, 晚餐服務非常好, 我們有自己的紅酒, 問可否飲自己的紅酒, 不用開瓶費, 他們說可以, 晚餐食物很好食」

「We had a lovely time staying at Grifone Dolomiti! The hotel is perfect, clean and in good repair. The shuttle ride is easy and quick to the closest lift and ticket sale. There are ski lockers adjacent to the entrance for storing equipment and drying/warming your boots. Fantastic. Many good things can be said about the physical hotel, but the very best, and most important compliments can be for the staff. Everyone friendly, helpful, ready to make your stay more comfortable. Highly recommended.」

「Der Empfang war freundlich. Das Zimmer war geräumig und schön. Etwas getrübt wurde der gute Gesamteindruck durch den Umstand, dass wir weder im Restaurant speisen noch irgendein Getränk an der Bar erhalten konnten, mit der Begründung, man müsse sich um eine Reisegruppe kümmern. Eine Flasche Mineralwasser wäre bei 29 Grad schon schön gewesen.」
