"The breakfast was excellent, the staff were very helpful and spoke perfect English, the property doesn’t look as nice from the outside, and its towards the back of the town, and parking isn’t onsite, but we managed to find a place very close by with no charge. I would definitely recommend staying here the roof terrace and honesty bar were a nice touch too. "

"The location and rooms are actually quite good - the same is true for the breakfast. But the hotel really needs to do something about the soundproofing of the door. My room (11) was located next to the staircase (as many rooms are) - and it felt like the door was made of thin paper. This makes it hard to get a good nights rest - unless you are deaf."

"Die Unterkunft ist zu teuer für das was sie bietet. Mittens im Nirgendwo aber trotzdem liegt an einer zumindest morgens sehr befahrenen Straße. Zimmer hat keinen Ausblick. In der Wohnung selbst ist es sehr dunkel. Frühstück kann man nirgends finden. Eine kleine Bäckerei hat um 10 schon alles ausverkauft. Gut das Zell nicht weit ist."

"It was hard to organize the trip because it said check in was only from 11-5 pm. And whenever I send a message thru Expedia, they didn’t answer my question- so we had to rush to check in before 5. But I don’t think it mattered since the check in was a few blocks away at a different hotel. All very confusing. The rooms were lovely and bed was comfy. "The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the bus stop (which is where the supermarkets are located). Luckily there was an elevator available although there are a few steps to go up in order to get to the reception desk. The room was clean, they did have carpet, but I had brought slippers not knowing if this was something provided in Germany. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was kept very comfortable. There wasn't heat turned on and the breeze from the outside made it very pleasant. The room was perfect for 1 person although it would also be fine for 2. The bathroom is a good size, not too big or small, but I am also a small person so that's that. The breakfast spread was reasonable and typical of the region, bread, cereal, cut fruit, yogurt, deli meats, cheese, eggs, and luckily for me, some lightly sauteed vegetables as well. It is also quite centrally located at least for me, as I'm used to walking and everything was easily walkable distance. Overall one of the more comfortable stays during my exploration of the Mosel region. "
